Susan Hannifin-McNab, author of A to Z Healing Toolbox, writes that “…words, quotes, and phrases, when read and said, can effect positive change in our conscious and subconscious mind. Reviewing quotes that inspire hope interrupts the negative thinking and negative feeling brain pathways that are associated with symptoms of grief and trauma.” http://www.a2zhealingtoolbox.com/about/
I agree with Susan! I have quotes surrounding me on the walls in my office. They inspire me, give me hope, and make me think. Starting today I am going to post a quote a day on my blog until I run out of my favorite quotes! Maybe they will offer you inspiration, hope, and an opportunity to stop and think as they do for me.
Please enjoy my first quote below.
